Cost saving is FABORY’s message to Electrical Appliance Producers
On September 15th, FABORY has launched a special campaign to inform producers of electrical appliances of the easiest ways to save costs and increase operational efficiency.
For these customers, in particular, we have also compiled an extensive new catalogue full of useful information and selected fasteners, tools and industrial supplies. These products have been selected for their value in the production of electrical appliances. Furthermore, a special edition of the ‘Connection’ leaflet is available, full of special offers.
Competition is fierce in the electrical appliance market. Consequently, the focus of these producers and component producers is very much on research and development on the one hand and cost saving on the other. FABORY offers support in both areas.
Customers can call on our extensive know-how from the start of the design phase of a new product. Advice received then can help prevent problems later on in the process.
Cost savings can be achieved in many ways. The majority of the total costs of any fastening consists of costs for purchase, stock management and logistics. Handling these processes as efficiently as possible is the key to cost savings. At FABORY you can choose from a range of concepts which can be adapted to your particular needs. What these concepts have in common is that they ensure that you have exactly the articles you need, in the right quantities, in the right location, at the right time. The highest level of logistical service is production-based supply. For each product that you make, ordering only one article number suffices. You will then receive a tray containing all the fasteners required for the production of one product, clearly laid out in the order of assembly and delivered to the production line.
The campaign runs until 15 December. The catalogue and the Connection leaflet are available from sales representatives and in each of the FABORY Centres. |
